Shipping
Switzerland and Liechtenstein
If you order and pay by 12:00 noon, we hand your parcel to Swiss Post (A-Post) by the end of the next working day at the latest. Delivery usually takes one working day.
Europe and the USA
We ship to most European countries and to the USA – always as a PRIORITY consignment with shipment tracking. Delivery usually takes 2 to 8 working days, depending on the country.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the weight. You can select your destination country in the cart; the shipping costs are shown immediately – before you complete your order.
Customs and VAT
Deliveries within Europe: VAT of the destination country and any customs duties are charged to the recipient on delivery and are not included in the order total.
Deliveries to the USA: We cover customs duties, import taxes and handling fees for you. They are shown as a separate line in the shop and are included in the order total – no further costs are due on delivery.
Payment methods
Goods are dispatched once payment has been received. Payment by invoice is not available.
Whatever your destination country, you can choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
- TWINT
- PayPal
- Prepayment (bank transfer) – also for orders from abroad
Credit card, TWINT and PayPal payments are processed securely by Stripe. Your payment details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never reach our website.
If you choose prepayment, you will receive our bank details together with the order confirmation by email. Please quote your order number as the payment reference. We dispatch your order as soon as payment has reached us.
