Returns and exchanges
Not happy with your yoga strap? We’re sorry to hear that – and in most cases it’s easy to sort out. Here’s how to proceed.
How a return works
- Get in touch. Send us an email at info@glueckskonzentrat.ch within 14 days of receiving your order, quoting your order number and the reason for the return.
- We reply. You will receive the return address from us and, if needed, instructions for returns from abroad.
- Send the goods back. Within 14 days of your notification, complete, unused and in the original packaging. Please include a note with your order number so we can match the parcel to your order.
- We refund you. Within 14 days of receiving and checking your return, using the same payment method you used for your order.
Costs
You bear the cost of the return shipment. For returns from abroad, we recommend declaring the parcel as “returned goods” so that no import charges arise.
Exchanges
Would you like a different colour? Just write to us – the simplest way is to return the strap you received and place a new order for the version you want. That way you get it faster and we don’t have to reserve anything.
Damaged or incorrect goods
If your parcel arrived damaged or you received something other than what you ordered, please contact us within seven days of receipt – ideally with a photo. In that case we cover the cost of the return and either send you a free replacement or refund you in full. This of course also applies once the return period has passed: we are liable for defects in accordance with statutory provisions.
