Right of withdrawal and returns
Under Swiss law, online orders are not subject to a statutory right of withdrawal. We grant you a right of return voluntarily – regardless of the country you order from.
Withdrawal period
You may withdraw from your order within 14 days without giving any reason. The period begins on the day you, or a person nominated by you, received the goods.
How to withdraw
Inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement – for example by email to info@glueckskonzentrat.ch. You may use the model form below, but you are not obliged to. To meet the deadline, it is sufficient that you send your notification before the 14 days expire.
Returning the goods
Please return the goods to us within 14 days of your withdrawal. You bear the cost of the return shipment. The goods must be complete, unused and in their original packaging; examining them as you would in a shop is of course permitted.
Refund
Once we have received and checked your return, we will refund the purchase price including the cost of standard delivery to you within 14 days. The refund is made using the same payment method you used for your order; in the case of prepayment, to the account the payment came from. Customs duties and import taxes that we paid for deliveries to the USA cannot be refunded.
Exceptions
There is no right of return for goods made to your individual specifications or clearly tailored to your personal needs.
